This was our first ever Pho experience, and I’m happy with how it went. We ordered online for pickup. Food was packed neatly in a box for easy transportation. When I arrived home and started opening up the containers we quickly realized we got the wrong order. Living 15 minutes from the restaurant I called to let them know. They knew immediately that I had gone home with the wrong order and without any hesitation they made it right. They refunded me my entire order and to me that shows the integrity of the establishment and I am so grateful. The food we got wasn’t too far off from what we ordered and it was delicious! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Pho Yelm! I highly recommend this local spot! Bring the whole family for a fresh and hot meal.
Great atmosphere, always such a yummy go to when I’m not feeling well. Liberty was our waitress and she was so kind. She continued to constantly check on us and when we had a problem with the soda, she was very prompt and kind about it. Even made sure the soda was better when she brought back a new one and they just changed all the soda syrups too. So glad to see that they have more than one waitress working because I know it can get chaotic at times here especially during dinner. For sure will be returning.
I recently just moved to Yelm and was in need of a pho place that’s not an hour away. I came here and was not disappointed. Nini helped me out and explained all of the different pho choices and made the best bubble tea. If you’re in Yelm, you need to try this place!!
I'm not saying Pho Yelm has cured my existential dread or anything, but after slurping down a bowl of their heavenly goodness, I felt a fleeting sense of purpose. The broth is like a warm hug for my soul, and the noodles are the perfect accomplices to soak up all the flavorful goodness. 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend, and I'll probably be back tomorrow with a slightly smaller existential crisis
Came in for dinner with my family and ordered pho and some pad thai. By far, this has been the best pho I’ve had. It was very flavorful and delicious. The service was amazing, the girl that served us welcomed us in with a smile and food came out quickly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some good pho!
